🛒 Ingredients:

4 slices of your favourite bread (sourdough, wholemeal, or white)

4 slices of Jill’s Sausages Smoked Ham
-
2 slices of cheddar or Swiss cheese
-
1–2 tablespoons of butter (softened)

Optional: Dijon mustard or a thin layer of mayonnaise
🔪 Instructions:

Prep the Bread
Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each bread slice. If using mustard or mayo, spread it on the unbuttered side (the inside). -
Assemble the Sandwich
Place a slice of cheese and two slices of Jill’s ham between two bread slices, buttered sides facing out. Repeat for the second sandwich. -
Grill It
Heat a non-stick pan or skillet over medium heat. Place the sandwiches in the pan and grill for 2–3 minutes per side, pressing down slightly with a spatula. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted. -
Serve Hot
Slice diagonally and enjoy while the cheese is gooey and the ham is warm.
Tip: Pair it with a bowl of tomato soup or a side of pickles for the full café-style experience.
