Q: What does “nasties-free” really mean?
A:
It means no artificial preservatives, no nitrites, no starch, no fillers, no artificial flavours or colours, no shortcuts, but a shorter ingredient list that you recognise. Just real food made from natural, whole ingredients.

Q: Why did you start Jill’s Sausages?
A:
We wanted to offer a clean-label alternative to ultra-processed meats—delicious products made with honest ingredients and time-tested techniques, without the junk. Jill is also the name of founder, Nick’s, daughter and hence is a commitment that all products under the brand are products that as a parent, he will be happy to feed his children with.

Q: How are you different from other sausage brands?
A:
We don’t take shortcuts. Instead of chemical additives, we use traditional methods, natural ingredients to achieve the same taste, safety, and texture—naturally. You can also see that our ingredient list is much shorter and also filled only with ingredients you can pronounce.
