Jill’s Sausages was founded by Nick

who named the brand after his daughter—a personal pledge that every product we make is something he’d proudly serve to his own family. That commitment lives on in everything we do: wholesome, flavourful meats you can trust to nourish your loved ones and customers alike. We believe that eating well should never come at the expense of taste. That’s why our small-batch, handcrafted meats are made with care—free from nitrates, nitrites, and unnecessary additives, and naturally lower in salt and fat. Instead, we flavour our sausages with freshly roasted spices and handpicked herbs, carefully developed through rigorous research and refined by craft.What sets us apart isn’t just what we leave out—it’s the passion we put in.
