Q: Can I eat your products cold or should I reheat them?
A: Many customers enjoy our hams cold straight from the fridge. For sausages and meatballs, we recommend reheating for the best flavour and texture.

Q: How should I reheat your sausages and meatballs?
A:

  • Oven: 30 min at 160°C (thaw first, pat dry).

  • Air Fryer: 180°C for 8 min.

  • Oven Toaster: 180°C for 16 min.

  • Microwave: 4 min at 800W.

  • Water bath: Heat in hot (not boiling) water for 2 min from frozen, or 1 min from chilled. Then crisp in a pan.
