6 slices of Jill’s Sausages Applewood Smoked Streaky Bacon (cut in half)

Optional: 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (for brushing)

Optional: Toothpicks to secure wraps
🔪 Instructions:

Prep the Sausages
If using large sausages, cut each one in half for bite-sized pieces. Pat dry if they’re thawed from frozen. -
Wrap in Bacon
Wrap each sausage piece with half a slice of bacon. Use toothpicks to hold them together if needed. -
Optional Glaze
Lightly brush with maple syrup or honey for a caramelised finish (not essential, but delicious!). -
Preheat Air Fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 2–3 minutes. -
Air Fry
Place the bacon-wrapped sausages in a single layer in the basket (don’t overcrowd). Air fry for 8–10 minutes at 180°C, flipping halfway through, until bacon is crisp and sausages are cooked through. -
