🛒 Ingredients:

  • 6 Jill’s sausages (any flavour you love)

  • 6 slices of Jill’s Sausages Applewood Smoked Streaky Bacon (cut in half)

  • Optional: 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (for brushing)

  • Optional: Toothpicks to secure wraps

🔪 Instructions:

  1. Prep the Sausages
    If using large sausages, cut each one in half for bite-sized pieces. Pat dry if they’re thawed from frozen.

  2. Wrap in Bacon
    Wrap each sausage piece with half a slice of bacon. Use toothpicks to hold them together if needed.

  3. Optional Glaze
    Lightly brush with maple syrup or honey for a caramelised finish (not essential, but delicious!).

  4. Preheat Air Fryer
    Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 2–3 minutes.

  5. Air Fry
    Place the bacon-wrapped sausages in a single layer in the basket (don’t overcrowd). Air fry for 8–10 minutes at 180°C, flipping halfway through, until bacon is crisp and sausages are cooked through.

  6. Serve and Enjoy
     Let cool slightly and serve warm. Perfect for party platters, breakfast spreads, or holiday snacks.

Pro Tip: For extra flavour, sprinkle with black pepper or a pinch of paprika before air frying.
