Sausage & Veggie Stir Fry Noodles

A savoury, fuss-free Asian noodle dish using Jill’s Sausages.

🧂 Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

  • 3 Jill’s Sausages, sliced

  • 200g egg noodles or instant noodles (without seasoning)

  • 1 cup bok choy or other Asian greens, chopped

  • ½ cup carrot, julienned

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • ½ tsp sesame oil (optional)

  • 1 tsp cooking oil

🍳 Instructions:

  1. Cook noodles according to packet instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a wok or large pan, heat 1 tsp oil. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

  3. Add Jill’s Sausages and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until lightly browned.

  4. Toss in carrots and greens. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

  5. Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.

  6. Toss everything together and stir-fry for 1–2 more minutes until well coated.

🥄 To Serve:

Serve warm with a sprinkle of sesame seeds or spring onions, if desired.
