A savoury, fuss-free Asian noodle dish using Jill’s Sausages.
🧂 Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

3 Jill’s Sausages, sliced

200g egg noodles or instant noodles (without seasoning)

1 cup bok choy or other Asian greens, chopped

½ cup carrot, julienned

2 cloves garlic, minced
-
2 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp oyster sauce
-
½ tsp sesame oil (optional)

1 tsp cooking oil
🍳 Instructions:

Cook noodles according to packet instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a wok or large pan, heat 1 tsp oil. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add Jill’s Sausages and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until lightly browned.

Toss in carrots and greens. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.

Toss everything together and stir-fry for 1–2 more minutes until well coated.
🥄 To Serve:
Serve warm with a sprinkle of sesame seeds or spring onions, if desired.
